Prevention: The Best Medicine

They say the best way to treat an illness is to prevent it. That’s part of our philosophy here at Dr. Michael Tuder & Associates, and we believe that preventive care is essential to every pet’s ongoing health. That’s why our wellness care services are designed to maintain our patients’ well-being with the goal of preventing illness. These include comprehensive wellness exams, vaccinations, parasite control, and counseling. With a complete preventive care plan, you can lengthen your pet’s lifespan, helping them be a happier, healthier companion.

About Your Pet’s Wellness Exam

We’ll look for a variety of different characteristics, including weight gain/loss, lumps, and tartar buildup—all of which can be signs of disease. If necessary, we can recommend blood work, X-rays, or other diagnostic services. We can also discuss and prescribe treatment during the same visit, if a diagnosis can be made after the physical exam.
